Mary’s Pancakes

Use Original Aunt Jemima Pancake Mix with the large recipe on the box. You’ll need eggs, and canola oil for this. Instead of regular milk, use buttermilk, and add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda to add fluffyness to the pancakes. You probably don’t need as much at high altitude.

Use canola oil on the griddle at about 350 degrees, cook until lightly browned on each side.
